The “Monkey” Rule: At Galta Ji, keep all food, sunglasses, and loose cameras inside your bag. The macaques here are expert “snatchers.”
Footwear: Wear sturdy walking shoes or sneakers. The climb to the Sun Temple and the descent to Galta Ji is rocky and uneven.
Hydration: There are very few shops between Sisodia Rani and Galta Ji. Carry at least 1.5 liters of water per person.
